This course is designed to provide students with a thorough knowledge of, and the ability to implement, effective signal processing, conditioning, transmission and storage integrity; students deal with range of real design issues with an emphasis on case studies relevant to manufacturing and process industries.
Core modules: practical health and safety skills; introduction to measurement and signal conditioning systems; robust control systems; electronic signal conditioning; statistics; identification and model predictive control; EDA and rapid prototyping; project management and enterprise; practical health and safety skills; project.
