The BA (Hons) Contemporary Textiles course builds on the quality of the textiles for which northern island communities are recognised, and gives participants the chance to develop their creativity. It gives them the technical skills and knowledge to produce innovative textiles, and the business skills to market them globally. Participants will develop practical skills in a range of textile areas, in knit, weave, and surface effects including print and machine embroidery.
Participants must hold three Highers at grade B or above, or two A Levels at grade B or above one should be in English. They will also be required to submit a portfolio of recent work.
