Course covers a wide range of specialist textiles skills and techniques with lots of practical based activity, concentrating on the skills needed to take an initial idea through to a marketable product and is aimed at those who are keen to pursue a career as a textile designer or designer-maker; students will be able to develop their individual focus toward self-employment, employment or to progress to an honours degree.
