Students on this course study via a range of teaching and learning methods including taught courses; case study problem solving; law reform projects; mooting and supervised research; there is an emphasis on full-day teaching sessions combined with students own flexible learning.
Concepts and developments in Scots law; and Scots law in European context; optional courses: aspects of criminal law; human rights; employment law; family law; public law; mental health law; property law; and European law.
