This course is suited to those who are members of the helping professions providing non-managerial supervision for practitioners in relation to their professional practice; this includes health care professionals, counsellors, therapists, psychologists, social workers and other similar roles; the course is flexible; on block teaching sessions students experience workshops, skills practice in small groups, video work and group presentations; this serves to consolidate learning practice in the field; students have an opportunity to study all aspects of theory and practice relating to 1-to-1 supervision, group supervision and supervision in an organisational context.
