Course Description
On this course the student has to be successful in ten units, six of which are essential, plus common skills development. Core Units: Design Principles and Application, Science and Materials, Analytical Methods, Management Principles and Application, Group Project and Health, Safety and Welfare. Specialist Units: Technology, Law and Contract, Building Services Engineering Technology, Contractual Procedures, Refurbishment and Adaptation, Construction Economics, Production Management and Measurement.

Entry Requirements
