This course is designed to meet modern and realistic wildlife management in the UK and Europe. It combines academic knowledge and competence with practical skills and experience. It provides the knowledge and skills to enable effective management activities, understanding of the legislative, financial and personnel-related framework within which the conservation and wildlife manager operates.
Students must have: a Level at Grade E, plus three other subjects at GCSE grade C or above; or National Certificate or Diploma; an overall pass in a subject relevant to the course chosen; or other relevant full level 3 qualification; or Access Certificate; and GCSE English or equivalent; and GCSE Mathematics or equivalent.
