In year 1 students take a broad range of subjects to provide the underpinning required for later years; subjects studied include systems analysis, database design, networking principles, introductory programming, computer systems and web design; in year 2 students study modules that provide a greater depth for their chosen pathway; subjects studied include database management systems, object-oriented analysis, net programming, and project management.
