This course is designed to give participants the knowledge and skills necessary to progress in the fast growing Computing Systems Management environment. Participants will study to enable them to analyse user needs, then propose, implement and manage IT solutions in the business context.
Participants must hold vendor qualifications, such as CISCO, CompTIA, Microsofta and be able to demonstrate an interest in Computing and Information Systems in a business context with some work experience in IT Technical or Sales roles.
