Year 2: 3 core double modules, 2 of these modules are in further programming and operating systems and networks; the 3rd core double module is a professional development exercise, students also choose a 4th module from a list of options; students also study a module online over the summer period. Year 3: Mandatory work placement year usually organised by the university; students also study an online module. Final year: Students further develop their project-management skills through the operational research and advanced project-management modules run by the business school; students also study 3 modules from options available and in the summer semester they demonstrate their knowledge and skills in an individual project.
