Our Combined Hair and Make Up Course has been specifically designed for beginners with little or no experience who would like to build their careers in Professional Make Up and Hairstyling; particularly for the Fashion, Beauty, Music & Media Industry. It is a very intensive course that includes all the essential elements needed to achieve the highest standart of Professional Make up & Hairstyling. Please note: we only allow a maximum of 10 students per course, each term, as it is important for us to ensure our students are given the very best training. The Hairstyling techniques offered at this course include: blow drying techniques, texture, curls, hair extensions, pony tails, braids, buns, rolls and quiffs, product knowledge, plus much more... As regards Make Up, the course will cover hygiene, skincare routines, eyebrow shaping, tools of the trade, foundation and application - different textures, concealer and powder application, highlighting and contouring the face to shape it, blusher applications and techniques and textures, eye makeup natural and smokey – including, eyeliners and false lashes, lip colours application, textures, lipliner, glosses, a natural look, a smokey / strong look, colour, bodypaints, metallics, cream eyeshadows and mineral makeup. At the end of the course, you will attend a professional working studio photoshoot, where a professional photographer will photograph your work on a model. You will receive a disc of your work, which can then be used to start your professional portfolio.
