Course Description
This course is for all staff who advise close companies and their owners. The course aims many tax problems which are special to close companies. This course will identify the main problem areas and suggest ways of overcoming them. The course will include: extended meaning of distribution, loans to participators, interest relief for loans to buy shares in close companies, disposals of chargeable assets by close companies at undervalue, apportionment of chargeable gains under S13 TCGA 1992, transfers of value and IHT, business property relief.
