Research covers studies in speech and language in typically developing children with English as a 1st or 2nd language, and in children and adults with a variety of disorders including aphasia, autism, dyslexia, specific language impairment (SLI), stammering, Williams syndrome, and language disorders in children with hearing or visual impairments; on-line experiments are used to investigate the underlying mental processes involved in language comprehension and production.
