About this course

This course is designed for participants who have an interest in or are already employed in the industry as a welder or fabricator. Participants will study the basic principles of fabrication and welding technology and acquire and develop practical skills in different types of welding techniques and processes within the specialist and fully equipped welding workshop.

Additional entry requirements

Participants should have at least 4 GCSEs in the range C - E, including Maths, or a Level 2 qualification in an engineering subject or relevant industrial experience.
