Course Description
Many new managers find business finance daunting. This course demystifies the financial environment and so enables learners to analyse and interpret financial information effectively. The place of documents such as Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Accounts and Cash Flow in financial decision-making is explored as well as how simple financial ratios can be used to analyse commercial performance.

Venue Description
The Learning & Enterprise Centre is located near local catering outlets. There are a number of Council run car parks within easy reach of the Centre and Chester train station is about a 10 minute walk away. The Centre is fully accessible by bus.
