About this course

This course consists of the following: 7 mandatory units to meet a variety of roles and responsibilities in childcare, healthcare and educational settings. Mandatory units: communication, inclusion, personal development, CYP development, safeguarding, health safety, positive behaviour, positive environments, partnership working and maintain relationships.

Additional entry requirements

Students must have the following: aged 19 years and above. Secure employment within a Childcare setting or an unpaid work placement for a minimum of 12 hours per week. Students must be working with children and young people aged 0 - 16 years in a professional setting such as a Day-Nursery, a Children's Centre, Afer-School Club or Residential Childcare.

the course was an excellent introduction into looking into hardware fault finding on a pc. several pc's were set-up with different errors in the casing. (in my case, one of the pins was bent on the processor, so the pc wouldn't boot!!) a ve...more
