This course is aimed at those working with children and young people in the health and social care sector at manager or deputy manager level, or anyone who is entering the profession in a senior role. Participants will enhance and develop their skills and practice in a health care setting, with a particular emphasis on working with children and young people. On successful completion, they will be able to progress into management within the statutory and private sectors, for example children’s homes and nurseries.
Participants must be in a managerial position within a professional care environment.
