This course aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue a career as a chef and to provide them with the opportunity to pursue a higher catering qualification. During the year they will study the principles of cookery processes and adapt these to a real working environment. They will also study a range of noncraft units vital for an aspiring chef.
Students should have 2 GCSEs A*-E, mature students with appropriate experience will be considered, practical assessment and interview
