This course provides students with the essential knowledge and skills to prepare and cook food across a range of environments within the hospitality and catering sector. It will enable them to gain confidence and deliver a high level of service to customers.
Students will need to come to the College for an interview and a short test. They also need to have a reasonable understanding of Maths and English. They should be aged 16 to 18.
