This course aims to meet the current and forthcoming skill needs of existing and future workforce particularly in relation to the Government's White Paper which aims to reduce carbon emissions from domestic heating and hot water systems. It is designed to update the students' skills to be compliant with the Building Regulations in place currently under Part L.
Students should be already a registered installer, registered with CORGI or OFTEC, or have experience such as CG NVQ 3 or an older CG advanced craft covering installation of heating systems.
