The Central YMCA Club is one of the UK’s leading health and fitness facilities, located in London’s West End. Over 4,000 members enjoy superb space, an unrivalled programme of exercise classes and activity, a vast range of equipment and a general programme of arts related courses.

Our Lifestyle Courses are run over a six week period, three times a year and cover health, language, lifestyle and art related subjects. Students experience the unique facilities that are on offer in a relaxed environment, right in the heart of London.

Central YMCA Club boasts a wide range of exercise facilities including a 25m indoor pool, STOTT Pilates studio, two exercise studios, squash court, badminton court, indoor cycling room, trampolining, holistic therapy treatments, beauty therapy, pottery/ceramics workshop, meeting rooms, photography darkroom, exercise nutrition programmes, Life Coaching consultations, personal training, a juice bar and cafe and of course a range of Lifestyle Courses.

Central YMCA Club is based on Great Russell Street, just off Tottenham Court Road near the Dominion Theatre. Tottenham Court Road tube station is a 2 minute walk and Goodge Street tube is a 5 minute walk.
