It covers units that include: monitor and maintain a safe and secure working environment, monitor and maintain effective working relationships, prepare, cook and finish advanced meat dishes, prepare, cook and finish advanced fish dishes, prepare, cook and finish advanced poultry and game dishes, prepare, cook and finish advanced vegetable dishes, prepare, cook and finish soups and sauces, prepare, cook and finish advanced hot and cold desserts, prepare, cook and finish advanced dough products, prepare, cook and finish advanced cakes and biscuits.
Students should have Level 2 and experience of working in the catering industry.
