This course covers the timber framing, flooring, roofing, door hanging, staircases and all first and second fixings, alongside technical underpinning knowledge.
Students must possess 2 GCSEs at grade D or above including maths and English, or have successfully completed the BTEC Foundation Level with functional skills in English and maths plus a personal and social development qualification.

Course had a lot of hands on work as well as a lot of class discussions. I did feel we covered a lot but we could have cut some areas down or concentrated on areas like HTML more, which we need in IT....more
