You can choose to gain the Award, Certificate or Diploma in Management and Leadership. If you have some managerial experience and hope to develop as a manager, the Chartered Management Institute Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership will give you the knowledge and understanding necessary to carry out that role.
For the Diploma candidates need to complete all core units from group A, at least one unit
from group B and three optional units from group C to a total of at least 62 credits.
