You can opt to achieve single units, or an Award, a Certificate or Diploma in IT User Skills. Each unit has a credit value and at level 3, you need to accumulate 12 credits for an Award, 25 credits for a Certificate and 39 credits for a Diploma. For the Certificate or Diploma level, the credits must include the mandatory unit - Improving productivity using IT (5 credits).
