About this course

This course which is designed with an international focus will address differences between the hospitality, travel and tourism; and other industries. It provides participants with practical and operational marketing skills for junior or supporting roles in marketing or supervisory management in all sectors of the rapidly expanding international visitor economy. It covers; marketing and consumer behaviour, hospitality and services marketing; and tourist motivation and behaviour.

Additional entry requirements

Participants must have completed atleast A Level standard or equivalent, and have a recognised UK degree or equivalent level 5 or 6 qualification, or a relevant level 3 or above qualification in tourism or marketing.
