Course Description
The Business and Human Resource Management degree develops generalist and human resource management related knowledge, skills, theory and practice. The skills and knowledge gained in the course will help you to take your first career step in human resource management.At Level 1 you will gain a broad range of essential business management skills which provide a basis for specialist HRM studies. Levels 2 and 3 core subjects focus on modules which will develop your management/decision making techniques. In addition, you will also be able to study specialist HRM modules which will allow you to focus on particular aspects of HRM in line with your career aspirations. The part time study option leads to a BA.
