The University Foundation Business Course is a Pre-Degree Foundation Course. A one-year programme exclusively for international students, combining business studies and English language skills to prepare them for studying business in higher education. All students will receive tuition in study skills and English language including: general English, English for academic purposes, preparation for IELTS exams and academic study skills. In addition, the following business modules will be studied: marketing, finance, Economics, management Information technology and law or Mathematics.
Students must possess the following: aged 17 or over, an upper intermediate level of English Language, eg Cambridge First Certificate in English, IELTS 5.0, TOEFL 500.
