This module is for those who want to learn how to build functional spreadsheet models in a business context. It begins by reviewing basic spreadsheet skills and the principles of good design, then explores more advanced concepts, such as investment appraisal, profit and loss analysis, cash flow analysis, depreciation, and sales and profit forecasting. A case study is used to provide a better understanding of the importance of analysis, planning and control in a small business environment.
