Essential training for any new business man or entrepreneur wishing to reach out into their chosen field, and who knows they must be prepared to face the challenges of today’s world. Students will be covering all areas of Business Planning and how this can be used to re-position an existing business or plan an entirely new business start-up. Students will gain the knowledge to plan the business, prepare and change business structures, set plans and strategies for growth and diversification, manage the associated risks, and develop a long term sustainable business. With over 120 hours of study over 11 in-depth units, students will have access to study tests and learning examples with answers to enhance their practical experience.
