Course Description
Students take four core units and two option units in each year, and complete a graduate skills profile. The programme includes: Year 1: Business finance, behaviour in organisations, business management techniques, government and business, and two option units in areas which include human resource management, marketing and international business; Year 2: Management accounting, marketing strategy, business law, managing information and two options in areas including marketing, finance, information technology, human resource management and international business; Year 3: Strategic management, quantitative business decision making, managing organisations, innovation and technology management and two option units in areas including marketing, finance, information technology, e-business, law, human resource management, small business management and international business. Students can choose to undertake a combination of units leading to a named degree in marketing, human resource management or international business and can gain exemptions from professional examinations dependent upon units completed. Applications for part time study direct to the Department of Business and Management Studies.
