Course Description
The course provides a good grounding in business management and a thorough knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of IT equipment as applied to business. Teaching methods include lectures, seminars, case studies and computer laboratories. There are three stages to the programme: Stage 1 Managing the business process, managing information, business and information systems strategy, managing information systems projects; Stage 2 Elective; Stage 3 leads to the MSc degree and comprises an IT related project.
