This course will provide students with an advanced understanding of management for entrepreneurs and develop their skills in putting that understanding into practice; students will gain the knowledge needed to plan and develop a business from the first concept through to sustainable growth or an exit strategy; students will also develop their skills in understanding and managing the complex network of relationships with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders that companies and entrepreneurs may either create or be locked into.
Year 1: applied project; business planning and new venture development; developing business networks for entrepreneurs; entrepreneurship concepts, theory and practice; entrepreneurship, innovation and small business marketing.
