HOW WILL I STUDYThis course can be accessed through Blackboard which is Aberdeen College's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Through Blackboard you will be able to access your learning materials, information and communicate with other students. SUPPORTWhilst studying with e-learning, you will be supported by the e-learning Team, you will have access to the College Libraries, and the IT Centre.You will be assigned a tutor who is a subject specialist in your chosen course. Your tutor is there to support you through the course, provide assistance with the online learning materials and give feedback on your assessments.You will also have technical and administrative support from the Virtual College Instructors. COURSE DURATIONThe course is designed to take 40 hours. You should aim to complete the course within 6 months.
Course Fees
This course costs £174.00 (subsidised rate for students who have been resident in Scotland for 3 years). An additional SQA Administration Fee of £12.50 per unit, or SQA HN Group Award fee £117.25 (HND) or £97.50 (HNC) may be charged.Fee waivers may apply.
Entry Requirements
It is recommended that prior to undertaking this unit you have knowledge of organisation structures and the factors that influence employee behaviour at work. You may, for example, have already completed Higher National Unit Managing People within Organisations. It is also recommended that you have good written or verbal communication skills.
