This programme is aimed at graduates with significant business and/or management experience and significantly enhances capability to function as a senior manager within a wide range of commercial and service organisations; students develop strategic management knowledge, competence and problem-solving ability; they also become familiar with supply chain management, international management practice, and the development of effective business cultures and performance enhancement; learning experiences are reinforced through working in culturally diverse peer action learning sets; these form the basis for team-based activity and action research.
Core modules: financial management and control; managing and leading people; operations management; marketing management; international business environment; global logistics and supply chain; sustainable logistics and integrated supply chain designs; project management; applied research methods; dissertation (supply chain management).
