This programme is aimed at graduates with significant business and/or management experience, a significantly enhance capability to function as a senior manager within a wide range of commercial and service organisations; students develop strategic management knowledge, competence and problem-solving ability; they also become familiar with human resource management, international management practice, and the development of effective business cultures and performance enhancement; learning experience is reinforced through working in culturally diverse peer action learning sets; these are the basis for team-based activity and action research.
Core modules: financial management and control; managing and leading people; operations management; marketing management; international business environment; global corporate strategy; applied research methods; international human resource management; organisational development and change; dissertation (human resource management).
