Our Aims
BSix Brooke House Sixth Form College was set up in 2002 to raise the aspirations and boost the achievements of young people in the East End of London.

We are comprehensive and proud of it. This means we provide courses at all levels of education, from entry to advanced. It also means that we offer a wider range of courses including 30 ‘A’ Levels and many work-related subjects.

Whatever the level or subject of your course, our expectations are the same. We expect you to aspire to find ways to do better in your studies and to pursue a fulfilling, meaningful career. We expect you to study as hard as you can; the harder you work, the better you will do and the more opportunities will open up for you. We expect you to achieve so that you can enter the next course, university or career of your choice.

Our Pledge
But we can’t just expect things from you. We need to provide the best possible classroom experience and all round education we possibly can. We also need to help you to remove any barriers in the way of your success. You will have a personal tutor who will track your progress and help you to improve your own learning. We provide a range of services, from careers through to counselling, to support you when you need help outside of the classroom

Our Place
As we are only five years old all our facilities are ‘top notch’. We have an industry-standard theatre; tremendous music and music technology kit; a well-equipped IT suite; top class hair salons and sports hall; and a large, bright Art & Design workshop. Even so, we are always looking to improve. We have just opened a student-run study centre where you can read casually and discuss your work with one of the undergraduate mentors who come into BSix (BSix Brooke House Sixth Form College) or with other students. This leaves the well-equipped Learning Resources Centre for those who wish to study in silence!

Aiming High
BSix Brooke House Sixth Form College is ambitious for all of its staff and students. We want everyone to strive to be the very best at what they do. All of us can achieve high standards if we aspire and study hard.
