The sign language aspect of the course has a flexible and applied approach to language learning, emphasising communication, transferable skills and the opportunity to acquire competence in more than one language, as well as to build on prior linguistic experience; the English literature aspect of the course includes taking modules in exciting areas such as children�s literature, creative writing, or in popular forms like horror fiction.
