Course Description
This course is for those who are new to the skills and knowledge required of bookkeepers and or interested in seeking employment where a knowledge of bookkeeping would be useful, this introductory course could be for them. It covers the following three units, unit 1 posting to accounts, unit 2 maintaining petty cash and unit 3 maintaining the cash book. After complete the course, participants could progress to OCR Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounting Level 2. Participants will need to pass all 3 units in order to achieve the OCR Certificate. If they only achieve 1 or 2 units, they will be awarded a unit certificate.
Course Fees
£120; £33 for exam fee; £17 for course book; concessions available
Assessment method
Participants will be assessed through externally set assignments and examination.
Entry Requirements
Participants should have a basic ability in numeracy and Literacy.
