Reviews theoretical underpinnings of behavioural neurology, neuropsychology, and neuropsychiatry; foundation in clinical, and basic neuroscience; survey techniques of neuropsychological assessment for diagnosis of disorders; introduce students to pathophysiology of major neurological diseases causing neuropsychological disability; practicals: behavioural neurology case conferences; neuroimage scan reviews; experience in computer reconstruction of brain lesions; investigate emergence of contemporary cognitive neuroscience; research projects in laboratories: neuropsychology, functional magnetic resonance imaging, event related brain potentials, magnetic brain stimulation and neural modelling.
