This course is for participants with basic garden design and surveying experience who wish to utilise AutoCAD as a drawing and design medium. It provides them an introduction to AutoCAD and basic techniques of drawing and manipulating 2D objects. It includes an overview of the user interface and CAD practice, page setup, drawing to scale, modifying objects, organising layers and annotation.
Participants should have successfully completed the Introduction to garden design and have basic technical drawing skills and computer literacy.
