Course Description
This course includes specialist facial, eyelash, eyebrow treatment, manicure, pedicure, wax depilation, reception, sales skills, skin diagnosis, and key skills. Progression is to apprenticeship, advanced apprenticeship in hairdressing and beauty.
Assessment method
Workplace tutor continually assesses students' practical and theory work. An Internal Verifier will visit them to monitor their progress. Students are required to keep a portfolio of evidence generated in the workplace.
Entry Requirements
Applicants require at least 4 GCSEs at Grades AC including English, or have previous beauty therapy experience. A personal interview and references are required.
