Please also refer to "What About Fees".PLEASE NOTE STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE:1. their own Personal Protective equipment.2. note taking material.3. associated beauty kits.CLIENT SESSIONSStudents will be responsible for ensuring that they can provide their own models to work on during practical client sessions.This is an essential requirement for students studying these beauty and complementary therapy units as each unit requires the student to demonstrate that she/he can pass an assessment on a range of conditions, treatments and clientele.The College will not be held responsible for providing clientele for students attending Day Release or Evening classes.Clients attending the College for treatment will be charged a fee.SELF STUDYAll students will be required to undertake self study to enable them to complete the course successfully both in the practical and theory aspects of the course.IMPORTANT INFORMATIONDRESS CODE FOR ALL PRACTICAL CLASSES1. Clean, crisp, white uniform tunic with mandatory blue tailored trousers to be worn (approximate cost £30.00).2. Tights to be worn AT ALL TIMES.3. Navy blue court shoes (2.3cm heel), (no clogs, trainers, slingbacks, open toes or canvas shoes).4. White underwear to be worn with uniform.5. Short, navy cardigan (no jumpers or long cardigans).6. No heavy perfumes.7. No jewellery.8. Nails must be kept short, clean and well manicured.9. No nail varnish.10. Hair must be securely tied back.11. Male candidates must wear a white tunic and navy trousers.The above dress code forms a compulsory part of the assessment process.
