About this course

This course opens the door to the adventures of French cuisine. The topics include: French culinary terms and definitions, the use and care of cookery equipment, working in a safe and hygienic manner, food preparation and mise-en-place, French classical cooking techniques and variations of cooking methods.

Additional entry requirements

Participants should have completed High School Diploma if they are from USA or CAD; High School Certificate if they are Japan; GCSEs if they are form UK and CAP or Baccalaureate if they are from France or equivalent or mature participant status.
