Students will progress from the knowledge and skill gained in the Beginners Course to improve the basic steps, technique, hold and deportment. They will also learn new steps and advance to variations of moves and steps.
Students should have attended a part-time beginner�s course for at least one year and already have mastered the basic steps. With all movement and exercise classes, if anyone has any previous history of illness or has concerns about their ability to take part in physical exercise, they should consult with their General Practitioner before enrolling on the course.
