I've been involved in the catering business since the age of 8! From my parent's first seaside hotel to a pub in Wales, I have been actively involved in the food side of their businesses. It was this love of the hospitality industry that led me to take a degree in hotel management. Since then I've spent most of my spare time in the kitchen developing recipes, making them my own. For me Dishy is a dream business - doing something I love and I feel priviledged to have that opportunity. I have a degree in Hotel & Catering Management and am an enthusiastic home cook. I believe that life is too short to stick to the same old recipe, so I love to experiement with a twist here and there to make a dish step up to Dishy Cookery School standard!

I believe that students get the most fun and experience out of their day by being hands on. I therefore demonstrate each dish and the students then repeat the dish either in pairs or as a whole team with my guidance. There are always recipe sheets on hand to refer to.
