This class teaches those with experience of the game more advanced badminton including tactics for doubles games and gives them coaching to improve their play. It will incorporate fitness drills, and badminton techniques to improve all areas of your game, including shot selection. Advanced Strategy, Match play and Rules and Regulations. You will be assessed on your first session to ensure that this course is suitable for you.
This course is for players who have a solid understanding of the game and want to improve to a club level.
