This course develops skills and knowledge in networking, systems support and maintenance. It covers: IT systems troubleshooting and repair, networked systems security, networking basics (Cisco CCNA 1), advanced database skills, computer systems, IT systems analysis and design. After completing this course participants will progress to a degree or foundation degree in IT or employment in the industry.
Participants must have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths, or IT Practitioners BTEC First Diploma Level 2 with a merit grade.
