This course is designed to prepare participants for a career in modern business and management. The major areas of business administration covered are: accounting, finance, human resources, marketing, information systems and international business and participants will also have the opportunity to acquire expertise within chosen specialism’s. This course aims to provide participants with: a systematic understanding of management-related problems as well as conceptual tools for analyzing and evaluating management issues; a sound knowledge and understanding of the discipline of management, with an emphasis on the historical, political, cultural and institutional forces shaping modern business; a stimulating learning environment in which to engage with case material; the skills necessary for the development of their creative and decision-making capabilities.
