This course is suitable for those who have completed the Level 2 module or hold current or recently expired approvals in the relevant process. The course includes practical tests, written theory assignments and online exams. The modules available are: - Flux Cored Arc Welding - Metal Inert Gas Arc Welding (MIG) Pipe - Metal Inert Gas Arc Welding (MIG) Plate - Manual Metal Arc Welding (MMA) Pipe - Manual Metal Arc Welding (MMA) Plate - Oxy-Acetylene Welding - Tungsten Inert Gas Welding (TIG) Aluminium - Tungsten Inert Gas Welding (TIG) S/Steel or Carbon Steel Pipe - Tungsten Inert Gas Welding (TIG) S/Steel or Carbon Steel Sheet The practical test pieces will be assessed to BS4872/EN287 standard.
